BONUS TERMS

1. GENERAL

1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on BlueLeo Promotions’ page under the name and descriptive text of the particular offer.

1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by BlueLeo, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.

1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he/she is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of BlueLeo Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.

1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision taken by BlueLeo’ management is final.

1.5 BlueLeo also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions in case of any changes.

1.6 Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates.

1.7 In case of a differences in the terms and conditions between the English version and the other languages displayed on the website, the English language version will always prevail.

1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. BlueLeo reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.

1.9 Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.

1.10 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount and bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.

1.11 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus.

1.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is $15 or equivalent in another currency.

1.13 Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty five (x35) the bonus + deposit amount before the funds can be withdrawn. Free Spins bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of fifty (x50) for the generated winnings (bonus amount) before the funds can be withdrawn.

1.14 The allowed difference between players minimum and maximum bet while wagering a bonus or wins from Free spins is 5 (five) times.

1.15 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited

1.16 Activated bonus will expire within 7 days of its activation. Customers must complete the rollover in 7 days or the entire bonus balance will be automatically voided.

1.17 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

1.18 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.

1.19 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated).

1.20 With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.

1.21 Bonuses offered by BlueLeo are solely intended for genuine recreational play only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Players’ betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

- Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits in the course of gameplay (Ex: Free Spins meters or other game features unlocked following some gameplay) and coming back to the game following the zeroing-out of the wagering requirements to trigger or unlock the feature and collect the accumulated benefits or related winnings.

- Buying bonus features.

- Claiming multiple high percentage bonus (50% or more at least 3 times in a row) without making bonus-free deposit in between.

- Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes.

- Opposite bets.

BlueLeo reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. BlueLeo can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in any promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time.

1.22 All our players are treated as "VIP players" regarding our VIP program and as a VIP they can be awarded with special compliment bonuses. Those bonuses are given as free spins and/or bonus money with amount which depends on their account history.

1.23 For as long as bonus winnings are active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance.

1.24 BlueLeo reserves the right to ban a player from receiving promotions at any time.

1.25 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet $10, $10 will contribute towards wagering fulfillment.

Below are the eligible games for bonus wagering contribution and their contribution:

Tables, Video Poker, Live Casino: 5%

1.26 Please also note that a player can bet a maximum of $5 or 10% of their current available balance (whichever is lower) on a given round or spin when using bonuses or winnings generated from bonuses (but the 10% rule does not apply to bet sizes under $0.50). Betting a larger proportion of one’s balance on a single round or game can lead to the voiding of this particular bonus and winnings and voiding of subsequent bonuses and winnings. Repeated abuse can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances.

2. Bonus play-through requirements

2.1 Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino. The number accompanying these terms informs the player how much money he/she needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cash out the winnings made by playing with the bonus.

2.2 Different games or game types contribute differently towards the play-through requirements, depending on the promotion. The games’ contribution is specified in the particular promotion’s Terms and Conditions. And of course, our Customer Support is always up to date with all our promotions, so when in doubt you can always check with them what the requirements for a specific bonus are.

2.3. 1429 Uncharted Seas, Beautiful Bones, Dark Joker Rizes, Farm Ville 2, Fruit Zen, Kitty Cash, Lucky Seven, Money Train, Pirate's Charm, Rambo, Sugarpop, Sushi Bar, Terminator 2, Thunderstruck, Thunderstruck II, Tiger's Glory, Tombstone, Wolf Treasure, Winterberries, Book of 99, Le Kaffee Bar are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games while wagering a bonus, it may lead to forfeiting the whole bonus and/or all bets placed on these slot games will be subtracted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus.

2.4 Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to Customer Support. Player can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.

2.5 Until received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.

2.6 Winnings made with a help of a bonus, are submitted to the Bonus T&C.

2.7 There is a maximum amount of money won with the help of any given bonus (unless otherwise stated) that can be withdrawn. This amount equals 10 (ten) times the original deposit made to claim the bonus. Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account. All winnings up to $10 000 (or equivalent in other currency), BlueLeo reserves the right to split the withdrawal on weekly payments. All winnings above $10 001 (or equivalent in other currency), BlueLeo reserve the right to split the withdrawal on monthly payments.

2.8 Jackpot slots / games are not eligible to be played with bonus money. Playing such games with bonus money, can lead to voiding the particular bonus and any winnings gained.

3. No Deposit Bonuses / Free Spins

3.1 From time to time, support agents might consider awarding an instant match bonus, deposit bonus spins, free spins, free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill on a case by case scenario. In such cases and independently on the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 10 times the value of the original released bonus amount.

3.2. With regards to Free Spins, reload and no-deposit bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending withdrawal.

3.3. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Weekly Cashback bonus comes with (10) times maximum allowed withdrawal.

3.4 The maximum withdrawal amount of winnings generated by playing with bonus and/or free spins credited at BlueLeo without any deposit requirement is $25 or equivalent in other currencies.

After requesting withdrawal of the wins generated from no deposit bonuses / free spins, players have one calendar month to finish the KYC process or to generate deposit on their account. If KYC process is not completed or deposit is not generated, BlueLeo reserves the right to close the account and to void any winnings generated from the no deposit bonuses / free spins.

Please note that players from following countries: Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Ukraine are not eligible for non-deposit free spins or no-deposit bonuses.

3.5 For age and KYC verification purposes a minimal deposit ($15 or equivalent in other currencies) is required before you can withdraw any winnings gained with a free money bonus. This deposit is returned in its entirety together with your winnings.
